front windshield
Lately I've been working on buying patch panels for my truck. But I coame across a deal on craigs list I don't think I can pass up. A guy has a perfect still in the box front windshield for a 1960 cab he's asking $130 OBO. Not sure I should pass it up since I need one. What do ya'll think?

Re: front windshield
I'd say that's a no-brainer. Of course, buy that.

If you don't, I will drive down from Canada and buy it myself.

Re: front windshield
Just make sure it isn't one of the cheap foreign windshields with the blue band at the top than extends nearly half way down from the top. I haven't seen one of these for years, but they were also very thin and did not fill up the gap in the windshield gasket causing leaks.

Re: front windshield
Buy it. And if you need a new gasket let me know. I have one that doesn't take the chrome as an extra since I had to order the one that takes the chrome.

Re: front windshield
Its definately clear, however as it turns out its for a 64 cab. Don't know for sure but aren't they different than the 60's?

Re: front windshield
Yes 64-66 are the "flat" style. 60-63 is wrap around style.
