i am looking for info on doing this mod from people who have done it. I am only interested in putting a door in the side of the box, nowhere else... so, who's done it....

that's exactly what i was looking for...the only build i found was putting on box sides and there was no info on the filler door...was there another build writeup?

Not sure, i just wrote it up within my own thread as it happened/got installed.

how did you get the filler tube into the hole on the ford panel?

Heres what I did, start on page 9 post number 212 and read on. I cut the piece out of a 90 Chevy truck. With the hieght of the fill verses the tank hieght its a slow fill up, but it looks cool and I got time, lol.
