Never thought a 3/3 and 20's would look so good!

Damn man! I woulda guessed them'z was 18's, but they'z 20's! I went down to Wal-Mart last night to pickup some snacks for our Halo Tournament, and I noticed a CLEAN white C10 pull in the parking lot. So when I came back out, luckily it was still there and the owner was sitting on the tailgate. I went over and asked him how low it was and he said "3/3, I didn't do a spindle though, I just heated the coils and used shackle/hanger in the back." It was NICE though, I asked him how much he paid for his wheels and he said $1500 rims/tires. (Centerline Archer's) It was an 82..lucky him, he has overdrive. (But I bet it was a 305!)

I wouldn't be bragging about heating the springs if I was him.
You want to see a 3/3 on 20s, look at Dave's truck.

im sure someone will chime in with how great 305s are when you add a 3.75" stroke crank. you know, shrouding the valves makes more power, right?

Yes, all 1/2T US trucks between 81 and 86 only had 305.
Not sure where the OD remark came from, but it could have been either TH350 or 700R4, although the 700R4's were crap until 88-89.
