carb question
When I am floor it from a dead stop my truck stalls spits spudders then takes off. I am running a holly 750 on a 355 anyone have any ideas of how to stop this ? My carb is really down jetted.

You need a much better discription that "Holley 750".
There should be a list number on the front of the choke horn, post that. "Down jetted" concerns me. Who did it and why? Do you know what jets are in it? My first thought is that you are having a big "lean stumble", but we need more information.

Guessing that carb was running pig rich on a 350 so he ran smaller primary jets.

The first thing I would check would be the float levels. There is a plug on the side of the fuel bowls. Remove these plugs & the fusl level should be at the bottom of the hole. You use the adjustment on top the bowl to change it.
