What would it be worth?

I have a bed off of a 1972 chevy short bed. It is in decent condition. It has a few dents in the area around the tail lights. and a dent on the pass side. Was wondering what it would be worth. Any ideas ?? It is located 2 hours south of San Francisco, CA. Landon

re: bed

in Alabama, they go for 600 and up. They are getting scarce in good condition. One dealer pays up to 1600.00. but this is the quality he puts out.

i sold 1 to meathead95 a few weeks ago. he drove from chatanooga, TN to LA cuz he says swb fleets are scarce and expensive there. he gave 4 bills for a no-rust, 2 ding bed in very good shape, and offered me another 100 for the 1 i am keeping. another guy in Ohio (don't remember name) offered me 700, but it was already promised to meathead95
