Instrument cluster help

Started looking at the cluster today, oil pressure gauge workes fine, fuel gauge is working. Temp, speedometer not working, but when I turn the light switch on the fuel gauge goes to EMPTY. Any ideas? seems like a ground problem to me, how can I confirm?
