Disc/Disc m/c with factory booster assem

I've read the vette M/Cs are the way to go but what about the bore? Is adjusting needed? From what I can see the M/C for the vette with power brakes has a 1 1/8" bore but the stock for the trucks is 1". Will it still work? Im going to use a cpp prop vale for disc/disc.

Thanks.

Re: Disc/Disc m/c with factory booster assem

the 1" bore vette m/c is for the manual brakes the 1 1/8" is for the power brakes and has a more shallow hole for the booster push rod and the larger bore for more fluid volume and decreased line pressure, the 1" bore creates more line pressure and will give you a very touchy pedal....hope this helps

booster push rod should be the same on the m/c side, you may have to modify the rod to pedal by threading or welding to extend it depending on your application

I see said the blind man. I will see what needs adjusting when I get it going. Thanks.
