Caprice "SS"
Hit the local pick n pull last Friday after work for their labor day half off sale. Scored an Impala SS grill for my '96 Caprice 9C1. Price: $10. Can't find one one ebay for that! (usually $50 used) anyway, putting it on correctly necessitated taking off the hood ornament and welding the hole shut and a quick repaint of the hood.

Re: Caprice "SS"
too bad you aren't closer, I would be interested in your SS. Caprices are good cars, I have had Four myself, although only one of the "bubble cars." I had a '75 (ugly and HUGE), a '77 Coupe and Still have my '78 Coupe and of course my '96.

Re: Caprice "SS"
I wish I had space for one. My grandmother has a 94 Caprice Classic, its dark blue and mint and just sitting in her garage, she can't drive anymore. But my uncle still takes her grocery shopping in it so she won't give it up; I tried lol

I was on my way to building a t56 car, had everything, and the tranny i bought wasn't right, so i sold it all and bought truck parts. Someday i will have a t56 impala ss.

Re: Caprice "SS"
Nice 9C1, I've had 3 B-Bodies, two 95 9C1s and one 96 Impala SS. I miss them all. The T56 B-Bodies are so cool.

Re: Caprice "SS"
Thanks for all the positive comments, I wish I had A t56 in it, but the cost and time involved aren't feasible, especially since this is my daily driver and it has the 4.3 liter baby "LT1". Probably wouldn't be as much fun without a well tuned real LT1.
