Exit Delay Circuit?

I really dont know what its called, but Im looking for the circuit that keeps the radio on and allows you to put the windows up after the key is turned off but before the door is opened. Right now, when I key off, its dead-no continuing radio play, no electricity to anything. Any ideas? 96 C1500 ECSB 5.7 auto

Re: Exit Delay Circuit?

Man ive wondered the same thing. would do it to all my vehicles. we probably need someone that works in the gm parts department. Otherwise looking into a haynes manual in the wiring diagram section of the 99-up book might give a better idea. I djust go to the auto parts store and find one already open and thumb thru it. might find somethin there, although i never gave it this much thought before lol.

Spiffy.

I also wish there were a way to rig up a flash-to-pass feature to allow you to flash your highs without the headlights being on.

What? Flash-to-pass?

I've never known that to be illegal anywhere.

Re: Exit Delay Circuit?

It is in CA. Its even supposed to be illegal to flash someone if they leave their brights on.
