Still have this original for sale. Couple minor dings, great for a daily driver, would be nicer still with a little work. Will ship insured in the wood crate I built for it. $175 plus shipping, I don't charge for the crate I built, used scrap material and a bit of time and labor. (And a couple Bud Lights

Chris, Took the crate to UPS this morning and got an actual shipping quote to Tyler, Texas 75703 zip. Crate is 82"L x 20"W x 11" H, 70 lbs total weight.
Insured to $200 Total shipping cost is $115 plus the $125 for both the inner and outer grill with the grill supports still attached. Shipping a crate this size isn't cheap but also this is original GM inner and outer, not a cheap re-pop.
Total is $240 to you. Let me know if still interested.

Dang .. I sold my original 69 grill, inner and outer for $40 on Craigslist. I'm not saying this is what this one is worth, I'm saying I had no idea what I had !

I let it go too cheap not knowing what to ask for it.

Did a little research before deciding on a $$ figure and a re-pop made from thinner material with no Chevrolet lettering in the grill center bar is right at $325, the inner plastic grill is about $115 from Eckler's 2010 catalog. The biggest cost to shipping this is the weight of the crate at 70lbs. Just would hate to try and ship in cardboard box to a board member and have dented up POS arrive. I'd trust this crate to ship about anywhere with no problem.

Not for sure but I believe it will fit a '72 w/o any mod work if speaking of Chevrolet and not GMC due to the quad headlights. Problem is here in Podunk, USA I have no access to Greyhound bus line. Nearest Greyhound is 30+ miles away. Maybe a phone call with dimensions and weight can get me a quote. First off tho will see what develops with a quote for 71crew.

Inner grill is packed in the shipping crate which is sealed and ready to ship but do have these pics from before hand. Thought I had it sold some time back and deal fell thru. Grill is not NOS but very useable for a DD truck. Some minor damage to mount tabs but was still mounted securely.

HeavyMetalChevy, will get a quote for you if interested. Again, shipping generally kills interest pretty quickly because of the weight and size of the crate. Just hate the idea of trying to ship in a cardboard box and having it arrive in a damaged condition. With the crate built as it is I would not hesitate to ship anywhere.

If it helps will do $230.00 to you shipped UPS insured. That cuts the inner and outer grill to just under $110.00 ($108.65, best I can do.) Let me know, would be a nice grill for a driver and is not like a thin re-pop.
