where to mount lights?

so today my big brother sends me a text, that he found some lightforce driving lights. wanted 60 bucks so i bought em, now my dilemma i cant think of a place to mount them, or at least i can't decide. I custom built a headache rack last year which has 4 four inch lights that run across the top. i was thinkin 2 four's in the middle of that and the 6 inch lightforces on the edges. or leaving all for on the rack and lightforcesbehind grille. (which is going to be a billet bar grille.) or drilling two holes in the bumper one on each side evenly spaced and integrating the lights into the bumper. whata ya think.

I found a lower air dam / plastic.... with the 4x4 - hook openings. The bolt holes for the hooks will be the mounting holes.. The lights have to be about 2" x 5".

yeah, I'm worried about the bars blocking to much light. making the lights themselves useless.
