Re: any ideas on cleaning the plastic for the gauge cluster!
I use some plastic windshield cleaner polish that I use on my motorcycle windshields. In Honda motorcycle shops it is in a black and white can and says Honda spray cleaner polish, In the local Yamaha dealership the can and its color are identical but it just says Original spray cleaner polish. I used it to clean the plastic gauge faces on my 66 gmc, Hope that helps. Kieth

I use Meguires 'Plastx" cleaner and polish. Mildly abrasive and smells good too. Just used it on my cluster rebuild for the '66. I didnt clean the inside due to the printed lines and numbers.
