Is there a FAQ on this? I have searched everywhere and can't find.

You didn't note the year, but the steering columns with the key in dash system is very similar to 67-68 GM A & F body cars, which page covers, both tilt & non-tilt. (you have to scroll down a ways, tilt columns are covered first.)
