I have a 89 Silverado that the hinges are worn out so bad that the typical pin and bushing replacement did not fix the problem. The upper hinge holes on the door side are completely worn out and oversized. Has anybody used the kit made by Automotive Hinge Solutions designed to correct this problem. Kits are a little pricey, but alot cheaper than replacing a hinge. Just curious if anybody used it and how it worked. The website is Andysz28.com.
