A little help with hydroboost on my 1 ton

Never worked on a system like the hydroboost on my 1976 GMC dually. The pedal went to the floor yesterday and the master cylinder was real low. I'm guessing the MC failed, I looked underneath for signs of a blown wheel cylinder/caliper but saw no signs of fluid. Is the system easy to work on? I want to fix it right, the first time...
Thanks

Replacing just the master cylinder on a hydroboost is no different than on a vacuum boost system...bench bleed it well and then bleed the system like you normally would after install. Just be sure to specify you need a MC for a hydroboost truck.

I've been running them and working at dealerships for years and maybe replaced 2 units. Good luck, Ron.
