Very nice.I believe it has the slide out camper bumper. My '71 had those same bolts through it's bumper.

I think you are right on the slide out bumper. Good catch. My 69 c20 has one and they look to be identical. From the old photos I have it looks like mine extended a couple of feet at one time!
