THis is a donor bed for my 67 GMC project. I've had it now for about 5 years sitting in the field. I recently went and pulled it up to the barn as I'm thinking about just shooting it hotrod black. As I took photos of it just came to me that the patina and dents are all pretty cool Makes me wish the rest of my truck was this color and in this condition.

Sadly it will be lost forever with the semigloss black treatment.

BUT- I'm not fixing a single dent or ding in it. Its not that kind of a truck build.

I have to agree with you about the color and patina it would be awesome to have the rest of the truck......

I see that driver-side fender laying in the bed.

Don't get weak & lose the fender-mount spare !!!!!

That fender is a 67 with the fender mount spare also... The spare tire carrier is not going anywhere. IN fact I'm leaving that 50's spare tire on it
too.
