Frame Swap
Ok so I've read up on the 73-80 frames and the 81-87 frame and body interchangeability. I get that a body from the 81 series on will fit the 80 and older frames as long as I use body mounts that are specific to the frame. My question is does this apply in reverse? If I were to mount a 75 swb 4x4 body on a 81 swb 4x4 frame do I follow the same directions? Change body mounts to match the frame? Thanks for your help.

If you give us more detailes on the all the parts and years they came from it would be a little easier for us to answer that.
