Wiper pulse module

On my 90 GMC... Wipers are acting very erratic when I turn them on, they go the speed they feel like going and turn off when ever they feel like it, sometimes not at all until I kill the truck. Opened up the wiper motor to clean the contacts / inspect solder on the pulse module and I found this...

Not at all what everyone else says they have. The board looks good and I took a piece of sand paper to all the blade contacts and no change at all. Next step is to replace it, but I can't find that specific part.

Any Help?
