Re: whats it worth?

Yes, if you want patina thats the truck for you! What impressed me the most were the really nice wheels Id say its way overpriced, but if its what you want(lots of patina)it should be worth more to you. I'd still try to keep it under $1000.

Re: whats it worth?

If its just surface rust I would start low and let the seller come down. One always starts high when selling ...

Re: whats it worth?

Rims are on motorcycles....hubs, spokes, rims.

Cars/trucks have wheels.

That is one of those things the just bugs me

Make sure you get your shots up to date before you go look at that one.

Re: whats it worth?

Worth looking at IMO. A little CLR and a couple weeks worth of detail work it would look like a different truck. Rockers look ok (?)

Is it a SWB? I can't tell from the perspective in the pics ..

If I weren't 1,000 miles away I'd go look at it. .. just my .02.

X2 on this! The way I look at things is if it makes Me happy & is what I would like to have then I do what I can to get it no matter what it's worth. I traded my little chikin truck, that I had close to $8000.00 in the motor & trans alone, a few months ago for an '89 Silverado 4X4 that I would be lucky to get $4500.00 out of but it's what I wanted, what I can use & what makes me happy. Now don't get me wrong, lol, I see where you're comin from as on alot of my trades I do go by what it's worth & what I can make on it! But, on my keepers, the 1st. rule applies, lol. JMO.

Re: whats it worth?

Hmmmm this is tough to decide a price w/o really looking it over.

It could only have surface rust but if that truck is from Minneapolis area there has to be more rust some place.

My guess would be $800 tops!

I agree. But around here a good 67 front clip is worth $800. But hard to say with out seeing in person.Looks like the cab corners are shot and the box doesn't line up with the cab ,but hard to tell from the pics. It's a V8 truck though.

Re: whats it worth?

I've seen vehicles from that area broken in half from salt/rust.I would have to look it iover very carefully but I also think 1500 is way high.
