using what you have....
wondered why one of my park/turn lights was a different colour than the other one
looks like the po used some yellow paint when he didn't have a coloured bulb as a replacement |

Ha ha! Nice. I did that when I needed a red bulb on my '67 JD mower. Dipped it right in the paint. It was suggested in another enthusiast forum. Worked great.

we used to do that to have custom colored interior lights back in the 60's
nailpolish worked best
