Restoring Hood Hingesand Spring
I would like to keep my stock hinges but am not sure what the best way to restore them. They are structually in good shape but have a bit of corrotion. Has anyone used Black Manganese Parkerizing to do so? Or what else can be used? Pix are welcomed.

Just make sure the pivot points are tight and no play before spending any money on them. There are companies that will rebuild with new bronze bushing. If they are loose even new hinges won't help. Ask me how I know
