How do i go by changing out my

dash lights and how do i do it , pictures would help cause my manual dosent show dick all

Well, you can do it lazy style & risk unplugging wires by reaching your hand under the dash and feeling where the socket it. You turn them to take them out. Otherwise, take off the cluster bezel, disconnect the speedo cable, unscrew the cluster and pull it out.

You can also pop the dash pad off. Take the bezel off. take a couple of screws loose at the top of the cluster and a row accross the the front were the pad meets the dash. lift up on it so it clears the cluster and pull back and it will come right off.
You can get at most of them that way with out disturbing the wiring too bad. Sometimes when you get pulling on the harness, when trying to lean it forward to clear the pad you end up chasing intermitant connections from the plug. I always put a dab of Dielectric grease on the connection for the plug (if I take it loose) and the light sockets. The reason is to prevent O2 and humidity from getting at that printed circuit and causing electrolliss and microscopic corrosion. from the humiditiy. If you do then then you need to resign yourself to clean it off and reapplying evertime you mess with it. The grease will attract dust. If you don't clean it off then the dist an crud gets in the grease and causes a bad connection. Sor of a Damned if you do damned if you don't deal. It does help prevent dmage to the printed circuit.
