87 c10 v6 4.3 liter wont turn over

So when i first got the truck a few weeks ago I could turn over the motor with the battery i have. Now When I try even with the charger on car start mode (150 amps) It just clicks once and all the lights go out.. whats the deal? i dont think the battery is bad. It doesnt have a lot of back yard wiring either. any clues?

Hey im sorry to hear about that, if you really think the battery is good id look into the starter because they generally click and dont turn over when theres an issue.

Test the battery, always start from the source. Not enough amps and the starter won't work, naturally. Always check easy and cheap first.

try with a diffrent battery

jumper cables and chargers arent allways enough.

we had problems cranking my 6.2 we had charger on heavy duty and jumper cables to my other car i coundt get it to crank enough so it burned the new solnoid so i had to rebuild it and get got 2 new batteries fully charged it turned owner like nothing else and as soon as the fuel it the IP it fired up

are you sure the battery connections are good? id also check the ground cable on the motor and make sure the ground strap to the chassis is good.. If all that checks out then check the starter..it really sounds to me like a bad connection at the battery tho
