Dissapointed:( I wanna be low!

I went to quaility air ride today(suicide doors) to order my rear. I was going to purchase the thorebeck wishbone rear for my 68 lwb. I called them up and told me that theyre not going to be making it until the beggining of the year. being a minitrucker of course i cannot wait that long. I was thinking about the KP 4link. Any suggestions? The porterbuilt is alittle out of my price range so thats not an option but if anybody knows of others im open to opinions.
Thanks guys

I would call Nate at Porterbuilt anyway, he can build you what you need, doesn't necessarily need to be a Dropmember. Just a thought, I know his stuff is top quality.
The KP kit is a quality kit, from what I've seen, if you decide to go that route. Their notch seems a little small however, if you're wanting to lay out the frame.

We do offer some other options that could get you where you need to be on the budget. If you plan on doing a weld-in notch and weld on four-link it will save some money. Shoot me a call or text me with your number and I will be in touch.

^ What he said... . I contemplated going with something different for the rear, but ultimately decided that the 4 link DM was the best option for me. For the front, no better option imo than Nate's DM, if you want to lay the truck out!

Re: Dissapointed:( I wanna be low!

How much do drop members cost? And is it a simple bolt in?

Re: Dissapointed:( I wanna be low!

Best bet is to give Nate a call, let him know what your plans are and he will get you a price for what you need... Check it out here too http://www.porterbuiltfabrication.co...7-Chevy-Trucks

It's 90% bolt in, you will have to notch the frame and weld in the supports he includes in the kit, pretty simple if you have basic welding skills and access to a welder of course.
