Will the pedal setup in this ad work on a 69?

Looking to know if this would be a direct plug and play swap out for my 69 pedal. I've got a 400 now, but the kickdown stuff isn't there.

No, not plug and play.

I used this, but you will need a TV cable bracket, or fab one. Works good.
