Help locating a wire.

I need help locating a wire assuming it exist on my 94 with TBI. So I am looking for a orange/black wire that comes from B10 on the ECM and it is used for the park and neutrual switch on the auto column. My truck was manual and now has a Turbo 400. I looked at the ECM and I see a orange/black wire on one of the plugs. I have not verified that it is on B10 so my question would be does my truck have that wire and if it does where would it go to now since my truck did not have the park/neutral switch since it was a manual transmission.
