Nice surprise

-
A local guy took a pretty decent Yellow/White '71 on trade for working on a mustang a while back. He brought it out and I helped him take the seat out and fix the seat adjuster. It was missing a couple of parts that I happen to have and it needed lubed really bad. It worked good after we re-installed it.. I also gave him a bent up rear bumper because he wanted to take the step bumper off that was on it.

He brought these out and gave them to me. He said that they came with the truck but he wanted to use the bench seat. I offered to give him something for them but he said no. He also wants to remove the side tool box and said if I wanted to get it open and take the door off and the tool box out I can have them. I'm not sure what these are out of and there is only one set of tracks but I'm still happy...

Those look the same as the green CST Blazer seats I'm not using; same "scroll" work etc.

Re: Nice surprise

Yeah...lucky alright! He doesn't have the stationary mounts for the passenger side? They are now reproduced and fairly cheap. I have some from a small batch custom made several years ago which cost more that the ones offered now. So,you're in luck again!
