1986 4.3L Oil Cooler Lines?

I recently bought a 1986 C10. It has the 4.3L V6 and had the optional oil cooler put on it from the factory. One of the lines has a small oil leak that I need to fix. I have searched all the local auto parts stores and none of them can seem to find any info on the oil cooler lines. Does anyone know where I can buy these lines at? I could go get some made, but would rather find an original type part if possible. I plan on doing a engine swap soon, but would really like to find them until I do the swap.

I would even buy it aftermarket if I could find it. I guess my only choice is to have some custom made.

You have just one leaking? Just cut out the bad part and splice in a piece of oil hose. Done.
