As many of you know I've been hunting for a Burb and I am happy to let you know I have found one and have put a deposit on it. I've been saying I want the rit Burb at the right price and it happened. I'm in LA right now and heading home tomorrow. I didn't buy the Burb here so do not have any pictures to post at this time. I'll keep you in Limbo for now but will say its a real nice 1967 that has been redone but still looks stock, which I really like. I am not picking it up until the 24th so I'll fill in the blanks then.

Thank you all for the help and suggestions I've received while I was searching.

There is a 67 for sale locally, it isn't that one by chance?

Congrats! It looks nice in pictures, hopefully it looks as good in person. I have been following it on kijiji she's just a little out of my current price range. You should pm me when your in town. You can come by for a beer and show off your new purchase.

I'm driving up Sunday and don't know if I can legally drive it till Monday when I can get a transit permit. Will you be around Monday morning as we will have to leave Edmonton to head home Monday by 1:00pm at the latest.

Sweet another suburban close to home as I am in Regina. I just picked up my new 72 at the border on thursday night off a member on the board.

Congrats on the new Burb. I remember seeing it for sale on the board but was a little pricey for me . It from Maryland isn't it? I just picked mine up an hour ago and am at the hotel in Edmonton. Gonna drive her back home tomorrow.

I'm game, yes it is the one from Maryland. I just had to put new wheel bearings on the front, and it is good to go.

Time for info and pics. The Burb is a California Black Plate 1967 CST ( I think) it says Custom on the front doors. It has warmed up 350 with headers ( I'm not sure if I like them yet ) and a turbo 350 trans with shift kit. Its been lowered with CPP stuff 3 inches in front and 4 in the back and has new springs shocks and adjustable trac bar. It rides on 15 x 8 Rallys with 275/60R15 TA's. ThHe seats are leather power and heated both sides. I saw this posted posted on Ebay last spring and I felt it went too high then. Anyway a man from Alberta bought it from Ebay and had it shipped home and after I drove it home 300 miles yesterday ( without any problems) I think his wife probably would have a problem with the loudness from the duals and loud mufflers.
