t5 crossmember
anyone know what kind of 'drop' the crossmember would be for putting a t5 behind a 250 i6? speedway has generic crossmembers for pretty cheap and there sold by the drop in inches, and roughly how much does the driveshaft need to be shortened? its a 67 lwb with the i6 and 3 on the tree.i have the camaro trans with the s10 tailshaft to put in it. i can yank it all and get busy with a tape meassure, but i know a gagillion people have done it here, so i thought i might try too ease my pain, yup im a wuss. thanks

Re: t5 crossmember
I think you should look for a automatic crossmember. Thatis what I will do when I do that to my 70.

Re: t5 crossmember
i'm not going to run a cross member. you don't need one as long as you use the stock bellhousing crossmember.
