Question 70 front drum brake part question

Is there a name for the washer that's behind the wheel cylinder bolt?

Had to pry off one end to remove the bolt.

It's a locking washer. I'm not sure if they are available or not. You might try taking it to your Chevy dealer if you have one in your area. I know it doesn't look the best but you can actually reuse it. Just bend one of the good areas up against the bolt after you get it tightened up.

You may have to make one.
