Rim options for 1987 2wd suburban? Wheel spacers?

I am working on my 87 burban,
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=399069

I painted the factory wheels and got new trim rings and caps last year but they already look funky and with the new paint and trim delete I don't like the look.

I would like to stay with factory rims, and want to move up in size, at least to a 16.

What are your thoughts on spacers to use newer higher offset rims? I know the usual about increased bearing loads, wear etc, I am not worried about that, it hardly gets driven. It does get used as a work truck sometimes for plywood, camping, towing a car hauler though.

Is there any spacers that at least would let me go to the newer 6 lug rims?

If not, does anyone have any used rims that are proper offset and 5 lug but 16's?
