Exhaust hangars
How many hangars does it take to properly hold the exhaust? I think there is one on each side behind the mufflers.
1 is made of bailing wire and the other is a stock hangar. Neither one is very effective. The driver side allows the pipe to sit on the crossmember behind tranny making a grating sound when the truck is idle. I really like those. They work great and the exhaust is held on rock solid. I've seen some trucks with standard hangers going down a bumpy road with the tail pipes flying all over the place but that doesn't happen with these. Downside is, they must be welded on.

Is 1 hangar on each side sufficient? That is what I am looking for.

i have 2 per side on mine, here is the rear most hanger on one side, but they are all the same type.....
