Napa carries it. Part number PUJ 353. If you do a search under "combination u joints", the item is shown on the 4th page, and in this display it shows both the dimensions and states:

Driveline Series Combined: Spicer 1330 x Spicer 1310

If you just type in the part number PUJ 353, it pulls up the same part, but doesn't include the Driveline Series Combined information.
