what do you guys think of the Bonspeed Vinspeed on the 67-72 layd out trucks.

Its a good looking wheel, but the center is too flat for my tastes. I prefer the Billet Specialties deep dish VinTec.

i think the centers keep that clean look but still add to the restomod style....when on the truck should blend in instead of stand out....imo

the vintec is nice but they dont do a 24 number one and they look great on a 73-87 body but the cleanliness of the vinspeed goes well with the 67-72 body lines...especiall if color matches correctly. they are the same wheel, just different build style and the hidden centers that stick out.....the square centers on the vintec goes with the 73 and up body but the flat clean center goes with the 67-72 body style......wheels have to match the truck so its all together and the attention is to the whole truck not just the wheels because they are cooler than the truck..lol.....astetically the vinspeed is nice for a clean restomod truck laying pinch

I actually had the rendering done with the superstars first, they were brushed also, to me it didn't look as good, I've got it on one of my computers somewhere, I'll try to post it up later

and as for the original quesiton, I actually am with belowme51 on this, the vinspeeds lend themselves to a cleaner look, but I guess it's all personal preference

any other opinions on the two wheels on a 67-72 if it helps it will have the trim around the fenders not on the top and bottom.....I think that with persuasion I may be able to get the vintec in a 24x10 too.....I still like the Vinspeed for its old skool modern look....and there wheels are second to none too, just like billet specialties.....and the $$$ part your paying for detail and quality controll, material, production ways, testing, final finish...etc....thats why you can get some american racing billets for cheap because of the huge difference in R&D between the companys....just put a American racing billet next to a bonspeed or billet specialties or any other high end billet wheel company and the finish alone makes a statement

what do you guys think 24x10 or 24x12? deeper lip or more celan lip?????? the fronts will be 22x8.5 5.5 b.s fyi. I have the rear out and axles so now is the time to go wider if I wanna. This truck is going to be driven so I dont want to go wider than a 12 and both will have a 4" b.s//////thanks for your opinion...

The vinspeeds look good. I would go as wide as you can possibly get, clearance wise.
