Appreciate the offer but can't do that. I'd need to sell my last set to afford this

Good question cuz I need a good floor and could use a better tailgate.

There you have it. With me needing the bedsides and him needing a tailgate and a floor, basically the bed may be sold. All pending price of course.

Re: Very Good SB Bed, GM Fenders, more parts!

To Clarify - I buy the bed and fenders - $1350, load them on a trailer. Bring them to you. Gas would put me around $1500. Then swap. $1500 for $1500 in the buckets / console

Not the buckets for the trip .. Not what I was thinking but after putting things into perspective I'm probably out anyway. My time and 1,000 miles wouldn't be worth anything. .. Nm.

Oh, well that was a generous offer
Are you interested in anything else I have that would sweeten the deal and make it worth your time?

I'll check with CC69Rat and let you know. I have no trailer (or working truck right now for that matter ) so I can't meet half way.

The fenders appear to be '68 fenders.
Are you interested in selling just the two fenders?

Re: Very Good SB Bed, GM Fenders, more parts!

DeWayne -- Jonathan and I are trying to work something out on the bed. He's got a set of buckets and console I want and I was thinking I might come pick up the bed, buy it from you and deliver it to him. We'd trade the bed, my gas and 1k mile road trip for the seats / console.

The problem is the seats will need to be recovered. They can go to the upholster shop asap but it might be a couple weeks before they're ready. If I / We committed to buy the bed and sent you say $100 deposit (Paypal) on it could you hold it till the weekend of Nov 12? White Pine is on the way from Chatt to his place so it would work out well.

It's his call on the bed, but would a deposit on it hold it incase he wants to get it? $100 now and $900 at pickup?
