Who has the best exact reproduction carpet?

These guys were the only ones that had the best match to my "aqua" colored carpet for the burb, and on top of that they had it in stock to which I received the product in a week.

Oh, BTW. Spring for the mass backing, it's money well spent on additional sound deadening.

I recently special ordered a 80/20 loop carpet kit from ACC for my Blazer in the factory "sandalwood" color. Perfect match, great quality and fit. When looking at the ACC color swatches at a local chevy truck shop, I noticed they have a "gold" color for our year trucks. You should ckeck them out.

I will be laying down both RAMATT sound deadener and their foam on top of that so I am thinking that I can skip the mass backing will be too much. I will check out the ACC but that stockinteriors looks great.

stock interiors sells ACC carpet.

I thought hard about whether I should go with the additional MASS backing, since I too laid down dyna mat along with jute padding with heat shielding.

When I installed the carpet with the MASS backing, it laid down more solid so it laid against the high spots in the floor really nice.

The highway noise was reduced a lot, and got rid of the resonance I was experiencing. But then I am in a Suburban, so there is a lot more flooring.

The mass backing is great. I also layed down fat mat (like dynamat) and jute in addition to it. Really helps cut down on the noise....I can actually hear the stock radio in the truck now!

I used this thread and it's link to purchase 68 ivy gold carpet from Stock interiors. It came today and it is in place tonight. It is in fact ACC carpet yet no venders but stock offer it? It matches the truck and interior very well and is $134 out the door. No different than standard colors of ACC. I will post pictures when the final install is complete. Just a heads up.

Ivy Gold, that was the interior color of the 68 elCamino I had years ago. Miss that thing...

Here are pictures of the carpet and a couple of the truck as it has progressed. It is next on the list to be repainted and mild restore (not coming off frame).
First picture is of the truck when it first came to live at my house. It has changed a little... Seats redone unfortunately only in white not gold inserts for anniversary.

Stockinteriors.com for mine too. 80/20 Loop, fits like a glove and very well made (in America). They sent me all the samples I ask for so I could match my seats. Great product IMO.
I got the gas tank cover too.

71 super, Very nice!!!!!! My carpet shipped today so I can hardly wait to see what it looks like. I will have lots of sound dampening under mine and the mass back so hoping it turns out as nice as yours.
