GMC/Chevy Manuals?
A friend of mine has a GMC service manual for 1972 for sale. The problem is he lives 500 miles away. I'm wondering if the GMC manual would work for a Chevy truck.

I've been told that there is a differnce in the manuals.

I have both a 68 GMC and Chevy Service Manual. They are different. Get the one for your brand of truck.

I got my service manual from Faxon Auto Literature, 1(800) 458-2734, about $25 plus shipping. It’s a reprint of the factory publication, but it’s of pretty good quality. I found this supplier on eBay. I've seen owner's manuals (OEM and Repo) and assembly manuals (repo) for sale on eBay, too.
