Ever have one of those days...

First attempt today at replacing some body panels in the cab.... buttload of work for something you will never see... should have just bought new carpet... good grief...

I have new found respect for body men/sheetmetal workers...

Haha, well thats not good to hear. I am going to be doing some body work here shortly and not looking forward to it. Unfortunately I cant just put carpet over it. If you sit in the passenger seat you can see the tire and ground. I need to get it done before the rain comes. Do you have any tips or tricks you learned?

Mine wasnt like that, replacing the lower pillars front and rear as well as cab corner etc.

What I have found is that there is more rust than what you just can see. I have yet to weld back togther as of yet. still trying to figure out how to get a couple spots to meet up, ie the lip under the pedals. I hope it all lines up when finished and the door will go on correctly. I have an issue with the front lower pillar, good thing I already had plans to suicide door it.
