Seatbelt ???
Will the seatbelts out of a 88- up full size truck fit our trucks? Can I use the original bolt location to hold it down?

Yeah, I believe they will fit, I know there have been guy's on here who have swapped in the 88-up seats and seat belts- I think there are bolt holes inside the cab, (in the upper rear cab-pillar, with a little plastic cap on them) my truck has them, but I haven't pulled the caps off to see whats behind them, I hope to do this myself eventually one of these days......

Under the caps is a threaded hole. I am told it is 7/16 fine thread.

I was wondering about the bottom part. Can you use the existing hole and drill another in the cab floor or do you have to drill 2 new holes?

from the looks of the bottom seat belt assembly, any seat belt from newer trucks should bolt right in. may have to modify the plastic casing a little though

I had to drill new holes in the bottom if I remember right and its important that they sit close to the way they did in the newer Chevs in order for the lock mechanism to work properly when you pound the brakes. I realize I need to get more pictures of my truck so that I can show some of this stuff. If I remeber correctly I got my belts out of a '92 , right color and all. krue is right about the top holes being threaded behind the cap. I had two bolts machined for me to fit that were of high quality steel so they wouldny snap off if I was ever in an accident.
