Reasearch 1959 GMC
I just finished my resto on a 69 GMC for the older son and now I'm in the research/parts aquiring stage for the younger son. He has a 59 GMC fleetside short bed with the big back window, my question is, that on the Chevy Apache there are emblems on the bedside, were there ever emblems on the GMC version. Does anyone have a link to some good pictures or any info on the options that were available for that truck?

Every 59 gmc i "Googled" didn't seem to have them. Must have been a Chevy only thing.

some of the early 50's GMC's had a chevy emblem on the steering wheel.. i bought one new like that, a few decades back..
