[PIC] Which header hangs lower?

The top is my header and the bottom is Eric (OCBaud)'s header. We have the same size tire, but he has a 4" drop, and I have a 3" (my 3" hasn't settled yet either)

Looks like Eric's violates the scrub line, and yours is close.

Keep them that way Eric, I want to see the pics of a collector shoved up through the floorboard if you ever have a blowout.

What exactly is the "scrub line"? If it's "Anything lower than the bottom of the rim, is illegal", then my vette breaks that rule all to hell.

Come on guys. Eric isn't anywhere near the scrub line...
It is actually what hangs lower at the point when you tire is flat (at each tire), ie leaves you without the ability to steer (Ie out of control). Stuff can hang lower than the rim, but it would be in the middle of the car. (not sure what you got that low on your Vette Tim, nothing is on mine, we are talking stock right.

My vette is dropped 1" in front and 1½" in back, with Long Tube Headers..the bottom of the collector flange is about 2" off the ground. Can we say...speedbumps = NO NO.
LoL, my FLOORPANS are about 5" from the ground!

good thing my truck ain't lowered. I think my muffler hangs down lower than their headers do. It would be cool to see the sparks at night though.
