'69 had some unique colors and Burgundy was one. Same with interior colors,some unique one year only.

Had to save that pic,trying to choose between indigo and maroon and tho I've seen blue trucks that's one of the few Burgundy trucks I've seen.

A friend of mine had a '69 Camaro Z28 in that color. It was called "Honduras Maroon", and was only offered in 1969. I am sure that it made its way to the C10 line at some point that year.

my old 69 GMC short/fleet was originally that color, till some idiot painted it red.
It was burgandy, custom option package that included the chrome fromt bumper and wingvents and some other bright work, had the chrome hubcaps and upper trim too. I wish i could have seen it when it was new. Other than the 305 V6 it looked to be a pretty cool rig. |
