Never seen this before

My brother pulled a Gauge Bezel out of an old square body and saw what looked to be a factory radio delete in it. Is this factory and any rare/valuable?

I bought one on eBay a while back just because it was cheap. I may use it one day.

I got the radio box at Best Buy where they install radio's. It is screwed into a board that is bolted to the bottom of the dash. The radio delete plate I made. It got a piece of 1 eighth inch abs plastic from a shop that installs radios. Best Buy did not have it. If it is installed right your foot wont hit the radio when applying the brake.
