Will 87-91 blazer tank fit?
Will it mount underneath my swb bed like the 69-72 blazer tanks?

Not without removing one or both of the rear crossmembers. They should fit quite well in a longbed though...

You think the fuel pump assy from a 99 burb will fit the flange on that tank. I know the pump is different but the flanges look the same in my memory.

I did some digging at the u-pull it, it would appear that the tbi fuel pump assembly is the same size as the early vortec fuel pump assembly, but the 99 fuel pump assembly is plastic and won't fit the tbi flange.

There is a Walbro replacement that will fit, but I understand trying to do it 'on the cheap' and using factory parts. Try searching around ColoradoK5 forums, or maybe LS1 truck forums. I'm sure someone else has done an LS swap into a TBI Blazer/Sub...
