Buying this tomorrow...did I get a good deal?

I couldn't pass it up. It is originally from Oregon and man do you Oregoneans have some rust issues....the floor is toast as are the rockers and corners.

It is a C-20 with no rust through on the headliner area and a recently partly rebuild 350 to the tune of $2800. She got ripped off.

She wanted $1200 and with the rust issues I really wasn't interested and suggested she go to the next interested party but was very willing to take my $800....is it Christmas already? The thing runs better than my 07 GMC and has an original radio, reupholstered seat, rebuilt motor and the doors actually look like the rust might have missed them.

The bed is pretty good too as is the original tailgate.
