My new toy. 67 chevy shorty
i havent posted on here in a long time.. still got my 72 chevy longbed.. still havent got around to painting it yet... but my dad went to an auction, the auction was at a local auto body shop which had a salvage lot with it... we got this shortbed for $400.. its an inline 6 with a 3spd in it... couldnt start it at the auction since it didnt have a battery.. brought it home and put a battery in it and it fired right up.. all its needing is a driveshaft and we will be driving it like you see it... thought id post a pic up for yall

I'd roll in that puppy in a heartbeat!! If she was mine I would clean it up, make it safe, lower her a tad (maybe a 3/4 drop) and drive it everywhere.

Re: My new toy. 67 chevy shorty
also we have to do a littler tinkering with it.. of course we got to locate a driveshaft for it.. but even tho you got the shifter in neutral and you bring the clutch out the trans is still engaged.. nothing to major i dont think but like stated $400 we couldnt pass up a shortbed
