Tow Haul Mode

I was looking a little finding for Info on make the tow haul work with my conversion, I had seen it posted before but it's not coming up in my search. Thank

For the 03-07 green/blue pcm you hook a momentary switch between J1-pin 71 and ground. Probably the same with the 99-02 pcm, no idea for the other pcm's.

mine is a 2000 pcm using lt1swap it said pin 71 on blue pcm connector have not verified its working yet havn't fired mine up yet.

this just got me thinkin. can a guy make the paddle shift work in an old truck as well??? i am not building one yet just curious and the pins and wires mean nothing to me at this point just thought it might be a cool gadget to add while making the conveition

yep, pin 71, set the option in HP tuners or other tuning program from bus to the other option... don thave hp tuners loaded on this computer to tell you exactly. search on HPtuners.com, ive got a post there. seach button it. I have it running on my truck for a few years.

What we need to figure out is how to make a indicater lightly come on when the tow haul is on without a second switch.

Yes I do, works great. I have the tune set up as haul butt mode, Higher shift points.
