Cool

I know my old 77 is a Heavy1/2 which I think is the same as a Big10 and its a LWB. With the stack of rear springs mine has I would hate to have that package in my 87SWB the rearend would always try to lead instead of follow.

I've seen a few but not as many. Only reason they came out was for GM to get out of emissions with them being rated as a 5/8 ton. Only 1/2 ton needed to be emissions equipped unless going to CA. But the government soon got wise and made it 3/4 or 1 ton up that were exempt. This was the the end then. My truck came with all emissions equipment and cat.

Sorry for the late reply, I've been out of town. The big 10/heavy half package was available on short or long bed pickups and also on both fleetside and fenderside beds. The brochures even show short bed trucks.
